Insanity Is In The Eye Of The Beholder

Terrell Suggs Wins 2011 NFL Defensive Player of The Year

In a year that ended in disappointment, comes one highlight. Congratulations to Terrell Suggs for winning the 2011 N.F.L defensive player of the year award. Suggs now joins his fellow raven legends Ed Reed And Ray Lewis as winners of the award. Suggs had an outstanding year that totaled with 70 tackles, 14 sacks (including 3 games with 3 sacks each) , 7 forced fumbles, 2 interceptions. The future looks promising for the Baltimore Ravens with Joe Flacco showing brilliant poise in the afc championship game loss and Rice has only gotten better. The only question mark was how the aging defense will hold up. Suggs looks prime to be ready to take the throne and keep Baltimore’s defense atop the NFL when Ray Lewis and Ed Reeds time run out. Lets hope that isn’t for a couple more seasons. Once again, congrats Suggs, truly deserved. BALL SO HARD.
